Our company name is Hebei Huasuo Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. Our company is located in Jing County, Hebei Province, China, which is the origin of traditional rubber products and has a cultural history of 200 years of rubber craftsmanship. Our company covers an area of 5, 600 square meters and has 200 equipment, including injection molding machines, cutting machines, automatic vulcanization machines, automatic punching machines, raw material refining machines, etc. We have about 100 skilled craftsmen. We specialize in manufacturing rubber and plastic products, polyurethane products, coated products, of which most are used for shock absorption and wear protection on equipment, effectively solving customers′ problems. Currently, we have successfully completed the following cases:
1. Rubber spiral protective cover: Specifically used for hydraulic oil pipes, forklifts, cranes, and excavators to prevent pipes from cracking, fireproof, and enhance the service life.
2. Rubber ultra-thin laminated film: Our ultra-thin laminated film is currently made from 0.12mm, which can be made of nylon fabric or fiber fabric. Polyurethane coated wheels: It is commonly used in packaging equipment, printing equipment, etc. The general process uses metal steering wheels, guide wheels, rollers, and various metal wheels for polyurethane coating injection molding and pressing processes, so that the products do not peel off, have high pressure resistance, and can be fogged and cut to increase the wheel′s wear resistance.
