As a producer and exporter of 100% polyester yarn, DTY and FDY, we are specialized in R&D, productions and distribution of function chemical fiber. Our company Fujian Billion Polymerization Fiber Technology Industrial Co., Ltd is founded on 2003. As a producer and exporter of 100% polyester yarn, DTY and FDY, we are specialized in R&D, productions and distribution of function chemical fiber. We are focus on our quality, so our products can match the requirement of medium and top grade textile enterprises.
We are one of the largest developers and manufacturers of polyester yarn in China.
We have three factories, A, B and C. Now our output is around 800 thousand one year, A and B factory is about 480 thousand, C factory is about 330 thousand. We have about 320 draw texturing machines for DTY and 22 production lines for FDY now. It will increase in the future. Our machines are all imported. 60% of them are Germany Bamag and 40% are Japanese TNT. We also have Technical Center. We test the products by ourselves. There are 10 thousand workers in our company.
Our products can be used for many final consumption goods, such as garment, shoes, home textile and so on, especially, Our heavy denier yarn, such as 1200D, 900D are developed for mattress. We can produce DTY and FDY from 30D to 1200D and also can develop the special items by order.
Our products have been exported to many countries in the world. Our main overseas markets are Turkey, Europe and Southeast Asia. We also export to America, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Iran, Egypt, Russia, Sri Lanka and many other countries. Our products are enjoyed a good reputation on the world market.
