The latter provides application solution for wide band gap semiconductor.
Combining the 2 above-mentioned establishments & Semipower automotive grade power semiconductor design capability, we will aggressively conduct research & study in application and reliability improvement on domestic automotive grade power semiconductor. This is to achieve new break through in future technology and new technology product realization in new energy vehicle power control system.
