1. Free samples but freight will be collected for New potiential clients. 

Old clients samples are free with free shipping.

2. Payment term: T/T, L/C, D/P are acceptable, T/T for new clients, old clients can be done with L/C and D/P

3. Delivery time: It takes 30-40 days for normal regular shipment, some urgent order can be in 15 days, and some new open molds orders can be in 60 days. 

4. QC inspection, we are your eyes for the quality.  

5. Order steps: Send us inquiry, tell us clearly your requests, make quotation, prepare for PPS samples for approval, accept your order and make Deposit payment, arrangeme mass production, send you QC report, arrange shipping by sea or by air or by express.
