JIANGSU XINGAO BELLOWS Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1989, with a construction area of more than 13, 000 square meters. It is a modern technology-based enterprise integrating the design, production and sales of metal hoses, metal bellows expansion joints, piping compensatory couplings, rubber expansion joint and etc. It also has the ability to develop and customize non-standard products. After more than thirty years of hard work, XINGAO has developed into a major enterprise in China′s bellows industry. It currently has a construction area of more than 18, 700 square meters, fixed assets of 85 million yuan, and an annual output value of more than 80 million yuan.

The main products include: Various types of corrugated metal hoses from DN6 to 1000mm, LNG low-temperature hoses, vacuum bellows, various types of metal bellows expansion joints from DN25 to 6000mm. Our products are strictly enforced the advanced industry standards GB/T14525, GB/T12777, GB/T12522, GB/T12465, GB/T26121, CB/T965 as well as the EJMA at home and abroad. The products are widely used in nuclear power, petroleum, gas, low temperature, chemical industry, wind power, thermal power, photovoltaic, smelting, construction, heating pipelines, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and other fields. Our products are also exported to Russia, Brunei, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Colombia and other countries.

XINGAO has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational Health and safety management system, TS2732H18-2026 special equipment production license, GC2 and GB2 Level Pressure Pipe Design certificate, ASME U certificate and other related certifications, and have a perfect quality assurance system to ensure the traceability of product quality. XINGAO has 20 sets of various bellows forming equipment, 12 bellows production lines, and more than 200 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, including automatic longitudinal welding machine, large tonnage four-column hydraulic press, automatic bellow forming machine, special automatic circular seam welding machine, environmental protection type sandblasting spray painting drying system and other advanced special production equipment, with a complete set of ultrasonic pure water cleaning production line, which can effectively ensure the product cleanliness. We also have various advanced special testing equipment such as eddy current flaw detection, mechanical performance testing, chemical analysis, X-ray flaw detection, pressure test, air tightness test, fatigue test, helium mass spectrometry leak detection and etc. XINGAO insists on investing in technology development and has obtained more than 20 patents, including large tie rod transverse compensator, bypass straight pipe pressure balance compensator, universal hinge type compensator, double-layer tube corrugated compensator and etc.

XINGAO has more than 130 employees, including 15 technical engineers with strong technical force. All personnel in relevant positions have obtained corresponding professional qualification certificates. And there are full-time product quality testing institutions and testing personnel.
