The WFX-10 microscope is an infinity optical system, a long-distance flat-field apochromatic objective lens, a stable and reliable mount, and a precise focusing mechanism. LED axis light source and LED transmission light source are used for illumination. The polarizing detector of the polarizing system can be rotated by 100 degrees, which is convenient for orthogonal observation of polarization. The DIC prism insert mechanism adopts an adjustable way to obtain the best differential interference effect. Large field of view monocular observation, reduce many intermediate links, so that the imaging is clearer and better. Equipped with a high-definition analog camera, it can quickly capture high-quality, clear images.

Use:1. Brightfield observation: use coaxial illumination with adjustable brightness to inspect crystals and integrated circuits, assembly of precision manufacturing, parts inspection and quality control.
2. Transmission observation: the use of adjustable brightness of transmission illumination, can observe transparent samples, especially for the LCD screen detection effect is better, can clearly see the three-color module of the luminous screen, so can detect the quality of the display, can judge its quality.
3. Polarization observation: the polarizing mechanism is installed in the system, and the polarizing mirror is fixed in the lighting system; The polarizer device is adjustable in the imaging system and rotates 100 degrees, which is convenient for orthogonal observation. It mainly observes orthogonal polarized light on metallographic samples, and can also be used in mineralological, chemical and other fields.
4. DIC observation - differential interference observation: insert a DIC prism device (Wollaston prism) in the brightfield, polarized orthogonal system. (DIC) as a promising analytical inspection method, with low requirements for the preparation of metallographic samples, the relative hierarchical relationship between the observed components of the sample is prominent, in obvious relief, the particles, cracks, holes and protrusions can make correct judgments, can easily judge many structural details or defects that cannot be seen under brightfield or are difficult to judge, and can perform color metallographic photography. However, in the current metallographic inspection work, the (DIC) method is still rarely used. In particular, the detection effect of the conductive plate of the LCD screen is better, and the conductive particles on the conductive plate substrate can be clearly observed. Using DIC technology, the small height difference on the surface of the object can be clearly displayed, the contour is prominent, and the three-dimensional sense of relief imaging is greatly improved.
