Since its establishment, the company has been providing one-stop service to tier 1 stampers at home and abroad, from CAE simulation, design, machining, assembly, die tryout to sample parts production. Serving the end users like Volkswagen, Volvo, SCANIA, Martinrea, PSA, Geely, GAC Group, BYD, Changan, CHERY, BAIC, etc.
The company is located in Xiushui, Jiangxi province, with 168 employees, equipped with CNC machining center, high-speed gun drilling machines, 5-axis precision machining center, milling machines, grinders and other types of processing machine tools, a total number of 68 sets. Three automatic tryout lines are allocated in its 2 factories. Plenty of machines & rich experience enable us an annual capacity of 150 sets of hot stamping dies. The lead time is 5 months to deliver OTS sample + extra 1.5 - 2 months for final precise commissioning before delivery.
In addition to conventional hot-forming die, we also have many production and development experience in special hot stamping dies such as door ring dies, soft zone die, TWB dies and TRB dies.
