Crane Load Moment Indicator

The system is mainly composed of weight sensor, length angle sensor, hook limiter, system host and display.


1. Display

8-inch touch color monitor. It can display all the data that users care about, such as: actual load, rated load, angle, radius, load rate, overload record, etc.


2. System host

A new generation of industrial enhanced microprocessor chip is adopted, which has high speed, strong anti-interference ability and high efficiency. It can access 6 analog signals and output up to 12 relay signals.


3. Power module

Wide voltage switching power supply module, good output waveform, strong load capacity, overload, overcurrent protection and self recovery functions.


4. Length angle sensor

The length angle sensor is designed in an integrated way, with less field wiring and low failure. The length sensor has a range of 15m, 25m, 35m, 50m and other specifications.
