Ltd. Is a full-series commercial vehicle joint venture manufacturer in China between Isuzu of Japan and Qingling of China. At present, it mainly produces a full range of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles with international advanced technology and quality, as well as five series of diesel engines and <1> series of gasoline engines with power ranging from 100 HP to 520 HP.

In 1985, Qingling and Isuzu jointly established the first Sino-Japanese joint venture in China′s automobile industry, and in 1994, it became the first Chinese automobile industry to be listed on the stock market. 2005, Isuzu Japan increased its capital and took a stake in Qingling Motors Co., Ltd. So that the two sides implemented joint management and comprehensively deepened the cooperation in terms of technology, management, market, capital, and so on. In recent years, foreign cooperation has taken strategic new steps, and new generation products such as GIGA heavy-duty vehicles and 4JZ light-duty engines have been launched with Isuzu Japan at the same time.
