Wf32 ERW Tube Mill Welding Steel Pipe Production Line

The mivi Tube mill is designed for forming pipes and tubes on one continuous line with steel strip, which was slit by slitting line to fit pipe or tube diameter. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seam together into closed shape.

Steel Tape →→ Double-head uncoiler →→ Strip-head Cutter and welder →→ Spiral accumulator →→Forming section (Flattening unit + Main driving unit + Forming unit + Guide unit + High frequency induction welding unit + squeeze roller) + Removing External and internal burr →→ Cooling unit →→ Sizing unit and straightener →→ Flying saw under computer-control →→ Run-out table
