Established in 1955, Xian XD Switchgear Electric Co., Ltd (Xian XD Switchgear) is a core GIS/GCB manufacturer in China. Its predecessor is one of the 156 important construction projects during the first five-year (from 1953 to 1957) plan in China. By succeeding and developing the advanced product, process and inspection technology as well as on the basis of strict quality management system, Xian XD Switchgear adheres to independent creation and continuous improvement of product and technology. Consecutively, it has passed the integral certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000. In 2006 and 2007, gas insulated switchgear (GIS) and SF6 gas circuit breaker (GCB) with XD brand won the titles of "China Famous Brand Product" respectively.
