Storage process

The logistics information of the goods mailed to the warehouse by customers will bear the national uniform mark provided by us. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, our warehouse staff will take photos of them and record them into our computer system to avoid missing the warehousing information. When customers need to check whether they are stored in the warehouse, they can directly check the system.

After entering the system, the warehouse staff will put it in the location dedicated to storing the customer′s goods, which is easy to load the next time out of the warehouse. If the customer has different types of goods, we will compare the information provided by the customer to find out whether all the goods have arrived in the warehouse, and we will notify the customer that the goods have arrived and arrange the latest ship consolidation and delivery. If the customer has no arrangement for the time being, We can temporarily store it in our warehouse, and we can arrange it when it is convenient for customers.

On the day of shipment, after we load the container and ship it to the shipping company, we will provide a document to the customer to explain the loading and what items the customer has out of the warehouse. After the goods are sent to Hong Kong, the customer can use it to light the goods. Customers can also track the location of the cargo at any time during the voyage.
