The company was founded in 2002 and was formerly known as Hangzhou Xuguang Lighting Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. After more than 10 years of development, it was listed on the New Third Board in 2016 (stock code: 839762) and officially renamed.

Zhejiang Xuguang′s main products cover four major fields: LED light sources, LED home lighting, LED commercial lighting and electrical appliances. Relying on the rapidly growing domestic market, Zhejiang Xuguang has now established provincial operation centers in 26 provinces, cities (municipalities directly under the Central Government) and autonomous regions across the country, covering more than 500 first-level distribution outlets.
