1. What information do we need customers to provide?
Dorco has an R&D Center to focus on the study of new products. We can design and make the change as customer's requirements. We keep an open mind to service our customers.
2. What's your quality control system? We operate ISO9001 Quality
Management System. We control our product's quality through our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing, and Inspection before packing. Each step has an inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
3. What kind of payment terms do you accept?
We prefer T/T through the bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment.
L/C is also acceptable for amounts over 200,000 USD.
4.What is your warranty policy?
All our products are warranted for one full year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
