LY-FTGF The machine adopts the national advanced automatic control system with close-loop vector transmission. Main features: Eight motors of the machine are close-loop controlled, three rollers are operated in union, the screen roller installed through non-axles pneumatic pressure, and the scraper pneumatically powered. The bias during the unfolding process is corrected by LPC, the folding and unfolding of materials are automatically cut or joined, the complex base material is pre-heated, and the finished products are cooled by water. Other features are: Touch-screen man-machine interface operation, air-ejected roaster cover, through-film operation platform, and synchronized rotation of lead roller in the toaster. Due to the above mentioned configuration, this is a high quality high speed computer-controlled dry complex.
