Qingdao xinyuanzhu group was founded in 2009, specializing in the production of grey cast iron and nodular cast iron, and the automatic sand handling systems and automatic molding pouring system, according to samples or drawings for large-scale mass production of high quality, we provide high quality castings for key manufacturing many of the world, after receiving your technical design, we will have an expert team to provide help for you, every step of castings from the sample production to finished product delivery, we will provide professional service, make you buy casting experience becomes simple and efficient., more than a decade, we have been for many industries to provide high quality stainless steel parts, including: Petrochemical, chemical, mining, oil exploration, Marine, power generation and general engineering, what we produce castings including heavy engineering machinery parts, construction fasteners, auto parts, cast iron pieces, manhole covers, rain perforated strainer, valves, electrical cabinet, etc. According to the DPI /
MPI standard, and provide the finished product processing, plant a total of 9000 square meters, there are three casting production line, green sand (wet sand casting production line, the resin sand, self-hardening sand casting production line, casting (lost wax method) casting production lines, all adopt the automatic modelling and pouring system, ensure the production and the quality of the casting to standard MPI, and provide the finished product processing. Quality products make us get a lot of honor, ingenuity to make products, innovative technology for development, Xinyuan casting group now has five independent departments employing more than 120 employees, three complete automated casting production lines. Through its apprenticeship program, the company cultivates a new generation of industry leaders and cooperates with a number of prestigious universities in China.
