Finally, check four aspects according to the parameters: 1) The sealing test must not bubble for more than 10s, replacing 5s of peers; 2) the roundness of valve seat surface should be controlled below 0.6Ua, replacing 0.8Ua of peers; 3) observe whether the seat surface is scratched with a microscope; 4) simulate the working scene of the hydraulic check valve, and ensure there is no external leakage within the working pressure range.No matter which aspect has problems, AAK must rearrange hinge, grinding and other processing.
