Fiberglass pultrusion & winding & braiding round tube is the new and latest developed product by Lead Composite Material Company. Its features as following: 1. It overcomes the problem of fiberglass to rely on longitudinal fiber and surface mat as reinforced materials, to add two layers winding fiber at the ring of 90 degree direction. This process improve the bending and compressive strength of fiberglass tube obviously. 2. It overcomes fiber angle changed little of fiberglass winding tube, and problems of not satisfying special strength request and low comprehensive efficiency. If the braiding fiber layer added on the surface of fiber pultrusion & winding tube, the comprehensive performance index will be higher a lot than traditional fiberglass pultrusion tube. The thickness of tube can be thinner with this technical design.
The fiberglass pultrusion & winding tube is the independent intellectual property rights of our company, it is the new product that has obtained National Invention Patent.
The cost performance of fiberglass pultrusion & winding tube is more superior at present. The customer will have wider selectivity.

We also can proceed basic property test of different kinds of composite insulation materials according to GB, ASTM, etc standards. Our productspassed international authorized institute of TUV Rheinland(Germany) type test, passed international authorized institute of USA (UL) type test, obtained UL test report.
