Vacuum Tube Furnace
Brief Introduction:
The vacuum tube furnace can be classified horizontal tube furnace, vertical tube furnace, rotary tube furnace and Multi-heating zone tube furnace. The furnace use high purity quartz tube or corundum tube as furnace chamber and sealed by vacuum flange to ensure the excellent heat-insulation ,better temperature uniform. The Working temperature from 800ºC to1600ºC is available.the furnace can be flowed into various inert gas and pumped into vacuum , the max vacuum can up to -0.1Mpa.
The vacuum tube furnace is widely used for heating ,calcining,sintering,diffusing, film-coating, pyrolyzing,depositing, annealing ,quenching,etc heat treatment in the labs of university and Research Institution, also can used in factory for small volume production.

Q2: What Temperature muffle furnace can you make? A2: We can produce four levels temperature furnace, 1200.C ,1400.C , 1700,C and 1800.C Q3: What kindly of heating elements for each temperature furnace. A3: We used top quality Kanthal resistance wire for 1200.C furnace,SiC heating rod for 1400.C and Mosi2 heater for 1700.C and 1800.C furnace. Q4: What kind of refractory material for the furnace chamber? A4: We used three layers refractory for the furnace chamber, the inner layer and mid layer is Al2O3 ceramic Fiber board, The outer layer is Al2O3 high temperature ceramic fiber cotton, For example, one set of 1700.C muffle furnace, we firstly use the 30mm 1700.C ceramic fiber board as the inner layer, Secondly use 20mm 1500.C ceramic fiber as the mid layer, at last we used 20mm ceramic fiber cotton as the outer layer to fill the gaps.
