3) Efficiency: 0.3-0.4s/ piece (double station efficiency, excluding auxiliary time); Auxiliary time 12s-15s/ piece. (Note: The size of the pole plate width ≤60mm, length ≤100mm specifications due to the size is too small, diaphragm tension is not easy to control, do not do efficiency acceptance standards.)
4) Dust protection: dust protection mechanism is installed in the material box and predetermined position.

7) The laminating table has the function of diaphragm reverse blowing and correction of deviation.
8) Pole CCD positioning and judgment: can detect the pole fragment, poor size, size coordinate positioning and correction function. The pole film uses a 20 megapixel camera to take a single image as a whole. Adopt one to two (2 sets of industrial cameras +1 industrial computer) : that is, the positive and negative electrode plates are configured with 1 set of industrial cameras, and 2 sets of industrial cameras are controlled by 1 industrial computer. Double station total 4 sets of industrial cameras, 2 industrial computers.
