Polypropylene fiber is a synthetic fiber made by adding polypropylene material to masterbatch, blending, spinning, stretching, anti-static and anti-ultraviolet and other special processes. it is exclusive use for concrete and mortar.It can effectively control cracks caused by shrinkage, dry shrinkage and temperature change of concrete and mortar, improve the cracking, impermeability and abrasion resistance of concrete and mortar, increase the toughness of concrete and thus increase the service life of concrete.

Usage method
Recommended dosage: 1-2 kg/m³, concrete with special requirements can reach 15kg/m³.
Mixing time: For the production of fiber mortar/concrete, the mixing time should be appropriately increased by 30-60 seconds, and there is no delay time for commercial concrete.
Mixing process: Add aggregate → add fiber → add cement → add water → stir → add water. Disperse the fibers completely.
