In steel structure production technology field, we are a large and medium-sized steel structure (prefabricated) industry service supplier integrating " R & D, design, production, construction engineering and related steel structure supporting industries". At present, the first phase factory is equipped with two light and heavy steel production lines, a section steel processing line and a large steel bridge production line, with more than two hundred sets of advanced machinery manufacturing equipment, annual capacity can achieve 30, 000 tons. Meanwhile, the second phase is under construction, the annual capacity will be up to 50, 000 tons when complete.
Our R & D innovative technologies including BIM, ultra-thick plate welding, robot jacking and sliding, single-side welding & double-side forming. Besides, we also have own complete set of innovative technology systems, including bending and torsion members, tensile structure construction, large-scale open and close structure, and large-scale cast steel joints application technology.
With a team of more than 30 experienced designers engaged in products development and innovation, especially steel structure joints and details design. Topind has outstanding experience and ability to work all kinds of complex steel structure projects at home and abroad. Besides, we also can send technicians to site to guide construction
We passed ISO9001 quality and ISO45001 occupational health system certifications. In Nov of 2022, we obtained more than 20 patents in the field of prefabricated steel structure.
In other production technology fields, since 2005, we have been continuously accumulating experience in the field of hardware and plastic manufacturing, and have successively mastered the processing technology of metal materials: Zinc aluminum die-casting, steel based and iron-based casting, metal precision machining and stamping molding (copper, iron, stainless steel and aluminum), metal heat treatment, metal surface treatment (electroplating, spraying, aluminum anodization, chemical corrosion); Processing technology of plastic materials: Injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, blistering, extrusion and surface treatment (electroplating, spraying).
