Cixi Haisheng Rubber Products Co., Ltd is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. It provides design, research and development, production and sale of high precision O ring in high quality. The company is specialized in the production of high-precision O ring and the products are widely used in medical equipment, lighters, food machinery, watches, electronic accessories, auto parts and other industries.
In order to test the material properties and products performance of various rubbers, our company has imported advanced experimental equipment. At present, our company has produced 30 million O rings which are all produced according to the national standards, AS568 and JIS. Furthermore, all materials have passed RoHS, REACH and FDA.
Our company has passed the ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management system of TUV. We use advanced precision inspection instruments to test the product quality in the production process. The tolerance of O ring precision can up to 0.01mm.
