Customer service, timely taking, periodical report, transfer material status, technical, quality and production status to customer, this is basic procedure of sales department, customer know all details about his order is the key point of making it right at very beginning.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT
In the guarantee period, all defective products not coursed by human force and majeure quality problem, can get free replacement or repair.
