How to order from us? Order Process

1. After getting your inquiry, we will make a quote sheet to you before order.
2. Please send your detailed requests of your dresses and your measurement to our e-mail.
3. We send PayPal invoice to you if you prefer to finish your payment via PayPal, we also accept Bank transfer and West Union.
4. After your payment is clear, we submit your dresses order to our dresses order schedule people, then your dresses order on the waiting line, our seamstresses will make your dresses as soon as they finished the previous dresses orders.
5. We update the dress making progress to you during your dress making process. We may contact you if our seamstress has any questions for your dresses.
6. After your dress being finished, we may need to confirm the shipping address with you, and provide the online tracking number to you after shipping.

Shipping Terms
We will ship you dress via TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS etc. We will ship the dress according to the final place and we have the right to choose the shipping company.

Delivery time: Usually you can receive your dress within 28 days after payment and order details confirmed. If you need rush order, contact us before ordering.
Return Policy

We accept full refund if there is any question about the quality and color, except difference from different screen. First of all, clients' satisfaction is the most important.

By the way, the shipping cost is on client's expense for return. Wish for your understanding.
