Product Description
Our box type furnaces are the most cost effective high temperature muffle furnace. The furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber brick and MoSi2 heating elements with special design, and furnace temperature is controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1ºC and 51 segments programmable. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering in your research laboratory.

2. Product's structure and advantage
1) Chamber:
The fireproof layer consists of lightweight ceramic fiber, the inside heat resistant steel infixed
shape, the outer aluminum silicate fiber insulation layer; fireproof layer and insulating layer of
200 mm, total thickness for electric furnace provides excellent heating preservation effect.
The chamber structure can be resistant to thermal shock; it is suitable for the electric furnace
need high temperature to open the door. Under high temperate condition frequently open the
door, the chamber does not deformation and cracking, the furnace is durable, and there is no
danger of collapse. All fiber chamber greatly reduces the weight of the furnace. Due to the
smaller fiber lining heat storage coefficient of thermal conductivity is only 0.8. Compared with
the traditional refractory furnace, its heating rate faster, energy-saving effect is remarkable
2) Three surface heating, thermal radiation, to form a uniform temperature field in the chamber,
the temperature uniformity of ±5 C. To avoid uneven temperature field caused by annealing

5. Trouble shooting for typical Problems

During heating below 300C, the temperature value ( PV) is not stable, and doesn't match with setting program (SV) | It is normal because the furnace comes with a high temperature thermocouple, which is not sensitive at temperature below 300C | Don't worry. Let the furnace heat to 300C, then thermocouple will functionstably with program. If the PV value at 300C is still less than that of SV, you may need to increase OPL value a little. |
