A new production line for higher dispersible particle silica products with output of 35, 000 tons/year has been built up, which meets the market of the rubber tyre and fodder industries. Especially, a leading dryer supplier-Niro A/S, Denmark supplies one special designed spray drying plant system with fluid bed dryer for silica projects, which fill the gap of China′s market. Additionally, one new production line with output of 50, 000 tons/year of high dispersible nubby silica is being arranged currently. Depending on different applications of the silica, we have developed and produced silica for different industries as following: Tyre & rubber industries, foodstuff & toothpaste industries, feedstuff industries, and paint & dope industries. Our production of precipitated silica begins with the reaction of a solution of sodium silicate with mineral acid, after filtration washing and drying, then classification and packing. The whole production line is using the most advanced automatic control system- DCS system. The products after drying have uniform particles, higher strength, and good flow ability. The physical and chemical characters of the silica have better performance than the same ones from others.
