The project we are researching is one of 16 equipment manufacture industry projects of the 11th Five-Year Plan. JAF is the member of the LSI Union. There are only 5 ATA in the union with 25 members. In back-end segment of semiconductor production of China, only JAF can compete with the international company ESEC and ASM. Import equipments has depreciated 1/3 since we sold the first JAF die attach in 2006. We are leading the back-end packaging equipment market in China. In 12th Five-Year Plan, JAF is going to set up provincial R&D centre, built a professional team in technique, machine, controlling and software. JAF will become an international manufacturer and the leader of assembly equipment in China.
