Zhucheng Zongheng Household Textile Co., Ltd, set up in March 1999, is a sewing factory producing bed clothes. It covers 24 mu land, holds 460 workers. With continual technical alteration, its equipments have reached high lever in China. Currently, the main equipment as below: 182 high speed flat sewing machines made in Japan, 23 overlock machines, 30 double-needle sewing machine, 4 quilting machines made in South Korea, 2 needle detectors. The quality of products is tested from every processing of cutting, sewing, finishing. Its annual capacity of bedding articles and quilted products up to 3 millions pieces and 500, 000 pieces respectively. Besides, its annual production value reaches 80 millions yuan. Our products are maily exported to Japan, South Korea, Europe and American. Our company presents a prosperous vision because there are lots of orders from our clients and friend. Zhucheng Yichang Textile Dyeing& Printing Co., Ltd is a new registered enterprise, invested by Qingdao Zongheng Textile Co., Ltd. Its former entity is Zhucheng Dyeing& Printing Factory. Since the foundation of new company, it spent 35 millions yuan in updating all equipments, rebuilding workshops and introducing new production lines. Now, it holds 65 millions yuan fixed assets, covers 50000 square meters land and owns 23000 square meters workshops. Besides, it installs two domestic advanced padding lines together with preparatory and finishing equipments. In addition, it possesses two circular screen printing machines, one is 180cm in breadth with 12 colors, another is 260cm in breath with 16 colors; Two flat screen printing machines, 180cm in breadth and with 9 colors; 6 printing lines with handwork; A package dyeing line consisting of 14 dyeing machines and advanced test equipments. At present, it owns 560 employees, including 60 skillful technicians from Qingdao, Weifang, Jinan, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, etc. It specializes in producing garment for export and bedding articles. Moreover, it could dye various fabrics and print fabrics with active dyestuffs. It also processes all kinds of textiles made of 100% cotton, T/C, rayon, T/R, hemp, blended hemp/cotton. Its main products contain various 100% cotton fabrics, khakis, slubby fabrics, jacquard fabrics, down-proof fabrics, common dyed& printed knitting fabrics and towels.

Besides, it is capable enough to deal with fabric processes according to clients demands, such as sanding, pre-shrinking, mercerizing, softening, sizing, hardening, flame retardant, water-proof, oil retardant, anti-soil, anti-bacterial...Etc. Its fabric capacity ups to 3 millions meters per month.
