1. Summary
DSGseries electric air lock feeder is for uniform feeding when the inlet of powder coalash or similar material handling equipment is blow-by, are also commonly used in the fluidized bed furnace slag discharge system. Its structure is compact, size is small and sealing is good, if it is with the adjustable speed motor, it can be convenient to adjust feeding amount.
2. Character of Structure
1) The Rotor is with the structure of multi-blade closedat both ends, lock gas tightly, to ensure thatmaterials do notflow by themselves.
2) The electric air lock deviceis multi-groove labyrinthand combinedpackingseal, to ensure sealtightlyand nofly ashoutside.
Bearingseatisremovablesplit structure, the insulation effect of bearingis good, lubricatingoilcan beeffectivefor a long time, which can increase thelife of bearing.
3) The air lock deviceuseschain transmission and runssmoothly, feeding is uniformly, impeller rotates in a low noiseand is wear resistance, and is easy to be maintained.
4) There are two types of feedingimpeller, wear-resistantandordinary, the shell of wear resistanttype is lined withwear-resistantsleeve, impeller is lined withwear-resistantedge, both of themcan be replaced, which greatly extend thelife of the equipment.
5) Ifnecessary, two-speedorvariable frequencymotor can be used to adjust the speed.
