Structure and working principle:

Structure: Transmission system, bearings, set of shaft and cylinder back cover and slurry retaining plate, 
tube body, spline shaft, screen, scraper before beating (or bar), cylinder cover, frame, etc.

Working principle: Motor through the triangle belt transmission to make the rotor parts (which is installed on the spline shaft of scraper) rotating at high-speed. When the broken fruit through the inlet into the 
machine, the materials were arranged between the scraper and screen by the Blocking pulp tray. The 
material along the cylinder move to the outlet,since the gyroscopic action of scraper blade and the exist 
of lead angle.The materials were broken by the effect of centrifugal force during the moving between 
scraper and screen.Then the Juice and meat are becoming into pulpiness,flowing from mesh to the 
next processing.Peel and seeds and others flowing out from slag bucket.The pulping speed can be 
changed by altering specifications of the screen and the size of the scraper lead Angle.Obtaining 
satisfactory results.
