Luoyang Roadway Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the Luoyang Airport Industry Cluster Zone, in the ancient capital and city of peonies – Luoyang. The company was established in 1999 and was officially renamed from the former Luoyang Roadway Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and Yituo (Luoyang) Roadway Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. on November 1, 2008. It is a shareholding enterprise with a registered capital of 83.3 million RMB. The company specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and service of road rollers and graders.

Currently, the company possesses one municipal-level enterprise technology research and development center and one provincial-level engineering technology research center, as well as three subsidiaries specializing in casting and forging, mechanical processing, and assembly. It has established industry-university-research cooperation platforms with Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, and other institutions. Since 2010, the company has applied for more than 60 utility model patents, 12 design patents, and 5 invention patents. In 2019, it received the title of "Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise." In 2011, it was honored as a "High-tech Enterprise of Henan Province," and the "Luyang" trademark was recognized as a famous trademark of Henan Province.
