How does it work?
Nowadays, the drum separator is used in the iron ore mining industry. But it can not produce high-grade iron concentrate because it can not remove the locked-particles and gangue in the agglomeration formed in the process of magnetic separation.
The RY series Pules Electric Separator works in a better way. It can break the locked-particles and removes the gangue from the agglomeration.
When the iron ore pulps pumped into the vertical selection drum, the magnetic granule will be affected by three different forces:
Pulsed Electric Field Force(which is generated downward continuously ); Gravity;Impulsion force (from the ascending water which is continuously pumped from the bottom of the machine).
Under the combination of those three forces, the high-grade iron ore concentration will be formed and turned into a refined Magnetic Chain, which suspended descending to the tank bottom, automatically push to the next procedure.
Because of the effective leveled evenness electric magnetic field, the refined Magnetic Chain keeps vertical, which will not agglomeration on the drum wall. The gangue, which is surrounding by the Magnetic Chain, will be pushed up by the ascending water and overflow in the top, going away as tailing.
Pules Electric Separator is an automatic running iron ore separating machine which is developed by our own design electric control System. According to the data collecting from the running machine, the system will analyze and process the information, after that, it can give orders to the magnetic field, electric valves for accomplishing fully automatic unmanned control.

Question: How is machine process the Silicon Separation?
Answer: Almost 100% separation of veinstone and magnetic iron powder.
When ore pulp flow into the tank, the system will produce strong magnetic field automatically, then, the gangue inside the ore pulp will be cut out by the force from magnetic field, acceding water and votex water flow. The concentrate fines will be formed in the bottom of the machine and then discharged by EOV(electrically operated valve).
Question: How the machine achieve high grade beneficiation?
Answer: The machine will remove the ore conjunctions by the measurement of lean ore and rich ore.
How it works:
The lean ore conjunctions which wrapped in the flux linkage will be under the action of level cutting force from the spiral rising water. The flux linkage will be cut hardly, so the lean ore conjunction and gangue will be flush out to the top of the machine and becoming the taillings, the broken flux linkage is not infected and formed again which will go downward becoming the ore concentrate.
Question: What about the controllability?
Answer: It has high standard controllability. The concentrate grade and yield is fully well managed.
By the adjustment of magnetic field from the cabinet and output of supplying water, it can produce high grade concentrate and controllable yield.
The automatic control system including ore concentrate controlling system, magnetic field controlling system, anti miss conduct system. During the normal situation, the operator only need to ON/OFF the button, the system will running automatically and recognizing all kinds of data from the sensors.
Question: Any advantages compared with other similar equipment?
Answer: It can perfectly break the technical difficulties like low processing capacity, uneven material separation, fluctuation of service.
Theoretically we can design more large capacity equipment, it can resolve the material separation difficulties thoroughly by working with ore pulp separation system. The large processing space inside the tank can reduce the unstable system caused from the unstable ore pulp supplying. The equipment can work stably even under 60% fluctuate ore pulp supplying.
Question: Is the machine can work with high frequency vibration screen and swirler ?
Answer: The high frequency vibration screen and swirler separate the minerals by particle size. Our equipment works by mineral grade. Both ways can work together and cover the shortage of each other. Under a ideal single separation degree, the designed technical degree can improve by 2-10%. (FANTASTIC!)
Question: Is this machine can replace other similar magnetic separation equipment? (drum separator...etc)
Answer: Yes.
The materials from the high frequency machine and swirler can directly flow into our machine. It can replace the drum separators and other similar expensive equipment. So, this design can help to simplify the processing, space saving and same time energy saving.
Question: How it can help to saving the water?
Answer: The tailing from other processing can flow into a high efficiency thickener. After processing by the thickener, overflow water witch is like solid content less than 300 ML/L, solid particle max diameter no more than 10 micron can directly recycling used as production water. This design can help to save 70% water addition. The tailing which percentage concentration by weight is no less than 20% can go to discarding tailing or next processing step.
