Anhui Baishijia Packing Co., Ltd. Was established in 2001. BAISHIJIA now has two factories, covering an area of more than 68000 square meters and a building area of 56000 square meters.
One factory is the production base of aluminum cap with the most complete process chain in China. It has a number of domestic top-notch processes, such as aluminum plate composite anti-counterfeiting printing, high-precision mold production and development, two-dimensional code intelligent UV code production line, two-dimensional code intelligent laser code production line, two-dimensional code intelligent cap production line, etc. Many technologies fill the gaps in China, and it is the industrial base with the largest shipment volume of QR code smart bottle caps in China.
The other factory aims to build a domestic intelligent plastic bottle cap production base with high clean level and advanced technology content, which has been completed and put into production by the end of 2019. All workshops in the plant area are designed in accordance with GMP standard, all of them adopt 100000 level purification workshops, and some of them reach 10000 level purification standard. All kinds of intelligent plastic cap production equipment are available, full digital production, full intelligent assembly leak detection technology is the first in China.
BAISHIJIA has more than 400 employees, including more than 60 senior management and technical personnel. It has more than 600 sets of various intelligent and automated production equipments, with an annual output of more than 4 billion bottle caps. The company has a fully equipped inspection center, which is an Anqing City Certified Technology Center and Anqing City Industrial Design Center.
