Baiyu, founded in 2005, is a group company engaged in R&D, manufacturing and distribution. With about 1000 employees, Baiyu now has 7 subsidiaries including Baiyu Pharmaceutical, Golden Ginkgo Pharmaceutical, Sunshine Ginkgo Agriculture and Ginkgo Yukang Informatics et al. As we recognize R&D is fundamental to continuous development of a pharmaceutical company, Baiyu have invested 100 million in recent 3 years in R&D leading to the company′s current very rich pipelines. To be noted, Baiyu′s new drug application numbers ranked No. 10 out of 100 pharmaceutical companies in China. At the same time, we are working on intellectual property protection. In detail, we applies overall 97 patents worldwide, amongst them, there are 43 granted, 53 under review, 4 PCT application and 6 granted overseas patents.

We have advanced manufacturing technology complies with stringent global regulations. The under construction Ginkgolide manufacturing plant has a land area of 54, 000m2 and a floorage of 110, 000m2 Which include 2 freeze-dried production lines and 1 small volume parenteral production line, R&D and QC facilities and utilities.

Besides, Baiyu′s first manufacturing base, Wenjiang Plant which was founded in 2005, and covering 20000m2 now is used for production of small volume injectables and freeze-dried powder.

In present, our API plant is under construction with an estimated production capacity up to 1000 tons annually. Notably, in order to deliver our high quality fist product- Ginkgolide injection to the patients worldwide, we are now planning to build a new 105m2 plant with the core technology of digitally extracting active Ginkgolide ingredient out of Ginkgo herbal in Wenjiang Medical City where will be the main provider of Ginkgolide Injection and Ginkgo dripping pill and a provider of small volume injectables in the future.

For the purpose of ensuring patients have access to our high quality products; We build a sales team with 1000 salespersons and 100 professional representatives to cover hospitals across the countries.
