Flow: Using machine vision to measure the position of glass rim of tin bath entrance, control the opening of damper of tin bath entrance, and then control the glass volume which the glass liquid flow into inter tin bath.
Board width: Install a video camera on each left and right side of the life up rollers of the export of tin bath, forming three-dimensional vision, and then by analyzing to calculate the glass original board width, judge timely whether the board width broken or not. If the board broken, it will alarm.
