Dalian Platinasteed Trading Co., Ltd, superior supplier of tableware and kitchenware, could produce and customize goods with competitive price and good service. We could supply stainless steel material, plastic material, marble and ship equipment also.

Factory--

Our factory located in Tianjin, which occupies an area of 150, 000 square meters, is one of the largest manufacturers of tableware in the whole world and 10 affiliated factories, with reach experience could produce different grade tableware including high quality hand-made products.

R&D--

We own strong work team for design, and R&D and leading industrial producing process, which could meet personalized customized demand for buyers. We established a large mold department with the capacity to R&D at least 200 new patterns and produce over 800 sets of mold each month, which could practice the design and requirement of the production.

Production --

There are three production line in our factory, one for knife and two for fork & spoon. The capacity for the whole facoty is 3 million PC per month. We also keep semi-automtic production line for large quantity orders.

Inspection--

Visual Inspection: Hold the product parallel to eyes and keep a 60cm distance, to check whether the surface could come up to standard. ( sand holes, patterns, glossiness, appearance)

Feel Inspection: Touch the products to feel whether there exist burrs and sharp edge, which are not easily found by eyes

Normal Inspection: Inspect the products with normal instrument to read the physical property in digital form. (weight, thickness, length, hardness, camber)

Special Instrument: Angle measuring instrument (the angle of blade), sclerometer (hardness of knife), salt spraying tester and copper sulfate solution (rust experiment)
