Better Bona currently has a workforce in excess of 350 employees. A rigorous ongoing training ethos ensures that quality standards are maintained throughout the entire company. A sophisticated ERP system enables the senior management to consistently deliver the highest possible standards. The present site occupies more than 12, 000 square meters, which produces 80 containers per month during peak season.
