As a company dedicated to supply natural home textile products, we - Zhejiang Huaxing Feather & Down products Co., Ltd are specializing in producing and exporting feather & down products including bedding and garment. Since its foundation in 1989 Huaxing has based its manufactory on the area of hangzhou which is well-known as distributing center of feather & down products. Reputed as a big manufacturer and qualified supplier, we focus on supplying quality products and has established mature sales network in overseas market, especially in Japan. Further, we keep in pursuing products and management innovation with the principle of running honest and creditable business.
For synchronizing with the rapid development of world trade, not only we actively set up modern enterprise management system, but regard the infrastructure as the essential qualification of enterprise′s development as well. On April. 2003, we invested US$100 million to establish modern manufacturing base in Lin′an Economic Development Zone, Hangzhou, covering the construction area of 60, 000 square meters. It′s also equipped with Double-layers Feather Washing Machine-2pcs, Feather Sorting Machine-17pcs, other modern Feather Processing Machines, Sewing Machines -1000pcs, Needle Detector (made in Japan)-12pcs, Down Filling Machine -20pcs, Computerized Single-needle Quilting Machine-12pcs, Computerized Multi-needle Quilting Machine-3pcs, Auto-carding and Filling Facility-3 sets, also has over 1700 skilled workers. For assuring the raw material in high quality, we purchase feather from Poland, Hungary, French, Siberian, England, besides, set up many feather buying bases in domestic area.
Carrying out strict quality control system and inspection rules, we achieved ISO9001: 2006 Certificate and set up inspection center for making sure the perfection of every product and seeking zero unqualified ratio.
Owing to the outstanding quality of products, we won the good reputation in this field. Now all of our products are exported to oversea market, among which 80% is to Japan and 20% is to U. S. A. & European countries. Furthermore, the market share is going enlarged every year and we successfully achieved 20-30 % increase of annual turnover. Year 2005, our turnover is up to US$63 million.
Facing the trend of economic globalization, we will persist in following the rule of honest and creditable management to pursue the enterprise′s rapid and steady development.
