Qufu Htai Ball Industrial Co., Ltd is located in Qufu city, Shandong Province, which is also the hometown of Confucius, a wise philosopher. It is only around 2km far away from Qufu East high speed railway station, and Qingdao Port is our exporting port. We are specializing in manufacturing all kind of machine stitching soccer ball, volleyball and American football etc. With OEM and ODM for many foreign companies
Qufu Htai covers around 20, 000sqm area, and there are around 200 workers to work here. We have 8 production lines for machine stitching soccer ball, and 2 lines each for volleyball and American football. Monthly output is more than 250K, which is exported to American & European marketing mainly. During 2016, we have passed Sedex Level-4 and Wal-mart audit, which is requested by some customers.
Now we are using the auto stitching machines so as to assure the balls quality, and also it can make the skill training period shorter and shorter while it will not affect the ball quality, which can save more cost. In addition, our One Ball Printing can keep the color of one ball consistent.
Creating high quality products and cultivating famous brand are the consistent pursuits of our company. We have been learning advanced techniques and experience in the industry to provide the best products and service to our customers as always.
