Characteristics of the spay gun:
Using the advanced scientific technology, choosing the Inert protection energy charging technology, absolutely and effectively control the required energy when the powder were charging, the spray gun inspect the distance between the product and the gun automatically, and change the gun's charging energy according to the spray best actual demand, could prevent the "peel" Phenomenon caused by "Faraday Electrostatic shielding" and "reverse ionization". The deep groove parts and the recess area could also get very good spray coating. This spray system have very high powder coverage rate, can be more than 80% for the flat plate parts. As a result, the product surface will be much better than that be sprayed by other kinds of coating spray gun at the same work condition.
Inert Protection Energy Control Technology
1) The recess area and the deep groove parts could be well spray coated.
2) The "Peel" Phenomenon caused by "Faraday Electrostatic shielding" and " reverse ionization" would never appear.
3) Fit for all kinds of Powder, especially for the metal powder.
4) It is suitable for recoating or already cured parts, very small waste. Very high powder coverage rate. ( for the flat plate can be up to 80%)

The best charging mode of electrostatic powder spray gun has three factors as follows:
1. The long distance spray gun will produce higher charging energy.
Reason: When spraying flat workpiece from long distance (around 20cm), spray gun
Need to produce higher electrostatic voltage(to control more large coating area) and produce stronger current(namely the electric field to be stronger, then more easier to spray on flat workpiece);
2. The close spray gun will produce lower charging energy.
Reason: When spraying bump workpiece form close distance, spray gun need to produce lower electrostatic voltage and current (namesly the electric field need to be weaker, then more easier to spray on bump workpiece)
3. Easy to operate.
Reason: A workpiece usually have plane and bump position, it is not impossible for assembly line workers to choose a plane mode for spraying plane position or to choose a bump mode for spraying bump position on a same workpiece, it is not convenient. So, the electrostatic spray gun need to automatically get high electrostatic voltage (control broader spraying areas) and larger curren (namely electric field need to be stronger, then more easier to pray on flat workpiece); When spraying bump workpiece from cloce distance, spray gun will automatically get lower electrostatic voltage and current (namely electric field need to be weaker, then more easier to spray on bump position).
