1. Ceramic insulation: Use high alumina ceramics as insulator (98 alumina porcelain).
(1) Adopt the world's most advanced isostatic pressing forming technology and every piece is fired at 1600 degrees Celsius. The products have excellent insulation in the heat and can bear 100kv high voltage.
(2) The products have outstanding thermal conductivity so as to prevent over firing.
(3) The products have a strong thermal shock resistance (quick heating and cooling) and high mechanical strength.
2. The electrode is made of special nickel alloy, so the spark plugs have excellent anti-corrosion, oxidation resistance and resistance to electric shock.
3. Seal: Adopt copper cushion and originally filling alumina porcelain powder sealing technology. After cold riveting and large current instantaneous heat riveting, the spark plugs can achieve zero leakage under high temperature, high voltage, high pressure and high mechanical vibration. Thus it overcomes the difficulty that the cylinder pressure drops and unstable work of the generator caused by air leakage of domestic spark plugs.
4. Conductor insulation: Being made of imported high silica gel (temperature resistance; Voltage resistance 100, 000V), the spark plugs can work normally in a high temperature, high voltage, highly corrosive environment.
5. Compared with single electrode, the umbrella-shaped structure plus three horizontal ground electrodes of the three-electrode spark plugs can thicken the center electrode. Therefor the sparking chance can be increased and the service life of the spark plugs can be prolonged.
6. The spark plugs with four electrodes are vertical type ignition. The spark exposures to the outside directly thus it can light gas easily. And the service life of the spark plugs can be prolonged by thickening the center electrode and adopting one-step molding technology to the ground electrodes. Through theoretical and experimental test, the spark plugs with vertical four electrodes have the quality of easy ignition. And it can save 10%-20% gas compared to the three-electrode spark plugs. Also, the service life can be extended by 25%-35%. The vertical four-electrode spark plugs are the latest substitute ignition products for both domestic and international natural gas generator sets.
