Honey bag
It is recommended to use pure aluminum composite material for honey inner bag. Pure aluminum has good shading and strong barrier, which can keep honey fresh. The inner PE layer should be oil-resistant and pollution-resistant. The common material is PET / Al / PE, and the recommended thickness is 10C.
It is recommended to use transparent OPP / CPP material for the large bag of honey outer packaging.
Honey is a kind of weak acidic food. It is best to store honey in glass or ceramic containers, not in metal containers such as iron and lead, so as to avoid free heavy metals polluting honey. Honey stored in non-toxic plastic bottles should not be too long. It is better to cover and seal the honey in the container to avoid contact with humid air to avoid fermentation. It should be kept in a clean, cool and ventilated place, preferably in the refrigerator to avoid pollution.
Large quantities of honey shall be packaged in cylinders, wooden barrels and plastic barrels, and the special packaging containers shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried. In areas with high honey production, honey storage tanks can be established, or they can be stored in wooden barrels or water tanks. The barrels and tanks used should not have peculiar smell. The packaged honey shall not be full, especially 25% - 30% space shall be reserved during transportation to prevent the honey from overflowing during fermentation or bursting the container during thermal oscillation. Put the honey in a dry, clean, ventilated and tasteless room, and keep the room temperature at 5-10 ºC. Do not put the honey bucket in the open air for a long time, but transfer it in time to ensure the quality of honey.
Honey is glucose, fructose, rice and solution containing a variety of nutrients. Because glucose is easy to crystallize. Therefore, when the separated honey is placed at a lower temperature for a period of time, glucose will gradually crystallize. The crystallization rate is related to the grape crystal core, temperature, water and honey source. If you want to melt the crystalline honey, you can put the jar containing honey into the boiling water pot for heating. You can't barbecue the honey directly on the fire. It is worth noting that when honey is heated to 37 ºC - 40 ºC, it will lose its efficacy.

Principle of vacuum packaging Vacuum packaging refers to the extraction of all the air in the package and the packaging materials with extremely low oxygen permeability, so that the oxygen from the outside can not penetrate into the package, reducing the rate of oxidation and rancidity of fresh meat, so as to ensure the freshness of fresh meat. Fresh meat packed in vacuum can be stored for 14-20 days at 0 ± 1 ºC. After vacuum packaging, the shelf life of the meat will be longer than that of the vacuum packaging. However, if the chilled meat returns to bright red color in the presence of oxygen after removing the packaging, vacuum packaging is generally used in hotels and some hypermarkets that require long storage time and high quality. Materials used in vacuum packaging In addition to polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) with good oxygen permeability and shrinkage resistance, the materials used for vacuum packaging include polyester, polyamide, or nylon, polyester film and polyethylene multilayer. Polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) has the highest permeability to prevent oxygen and water vapor, but its biggest disadvantage is that it can't heat seal. Polyester has strong tensile strength and softness; nylon has good oxygen permeability, heat resistance and cold resistance, and strong mechanical properties, but it has high water vapor permeability and high price, so it is mostly used as a vacuum packaging material for fresh meat in the form of multilayer composite.
