High Temperature Resistant Pipe Fix Tape Fiberglass Repair Bandage for Leaking Pipes Product DescriptionAnsen Pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of a flexible fiberglass mesh impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin.Our pipe repair bandage is mainly used to repair Oil, Gas & Water Pipeline etc. It adheres to Metal, plaster, PVC, Copper, Rubber,
Fiberglass, Concrete, Wood, Ceramic, Polyester and etc.
It can be applied on cracked, fractured, corroded, damaged & leaking pipes,around difficult shapes including straight lengths,tee and elbow joints. It's easy to use, the repaired items can be returned to service in 30 minutes.

Color of Ansen Pipe Repair Bandage: white, black, dark green and other color
Shelf-life: Use within 2 years of manufacture date.
Storage: Store in original sealed containers at temperatures between 5°C (40°F) and 30°C (86°F).
1.Shut off the pressure and isolate leak. Clean, degrease and abrade substrate around leak site.
2.Work putty until a uniform mixture is evident.3.Apply mixed putty immediately to leak site. Firmly press putty into defect.
4.Put on gloves supplied with the Pipe Repair Bandage. Immerse Bandage in water or place under running tap water
for 10 secs.
5.Wrap the Bandage tautly around the leak site extending 50mm either side of damaged area.
6.Smooth the resin as it foams during curing and work resin into the base fabric in a 'tightening motion'. Restore pipe to service once Bandage is cured.Size of pipe repair bandage50mm × 3.6m (2''×12'')
