Zhongshan Calefone Hardware Co., Ltd., is engaged in producing Alloy die-casting, Electroplating, Data Cable series and Lock series factory.
We are the technology-based hardware manufacturing enterprises. We can provide product design, mold making, machining, polishing, painting and other supporting as whole services. There are 5 engineers in our factory, all of them have a university or above education, and the remaining technicians have over ten years die casting, electroplating and mold design and manufacturing experience, most of the machine operator have more than five years of work experience.
The company′s main products are: Date cable series, Lock series, Automotive lighting accessories, Garden tools accessories, Baby carriage accessories, Photographic equipment accessories, Lighting accessories, Small appliances accessories and other products accessories.
Electroplating workshop was established in February 1997, mainly provide chrome, nickel, gold, imitation gold, bronze, etc electroplating service. We used different method like Rock plating, barrel plating and brush plating ect processing according to different product. Plating department currently has two automated rack plating lines and five semi-automatic roll crossover, plating department covers an area of nearly 2000 square meters.
Die-Casting workshop was established in August 2003, mainly in aluminum, zinc alloy die-casting and die casting of post-processing: Polishing grinding drilling tapping machining and other processes. Addition: Die-casting workshop can provide zinc, aluminum mold. Casting Department currently has 200 tons, 280 tons and 160 tons of aluminum, 138 tons and 88 tons of zinc alloy die-casting machines and several sets of CNC lathes, and dozens of drilling, tapping machine, polishing machine, milling machine and so on, pressure Casting Department covers an area of nearly 2500 square meters.
