Zhejiang kailan nano Tec Co., Ltd, we are a professional manufactory in nano water based pigment ink.
As our R&D center, Nanjing Institute is composed by academician of Chinese Academy of sciences, researchers and doctors. We have been working at ink field for 15years since 1999, in 2013, we discovered the 12 colors nano water based pigment ink that can be printed on various-medium for the first time in the world. We have intellectual property rights for the whole productive process. And we are the only manufactory that have the ability to produce the nano color material by ton in China.
At present we have established the auto production line of the nano water based pigment ink which annual output is 1000 tons. Our target is upto 10000 tons in the coming 3 or 5 years, and the yearly sales rang up 1 billion.
Now our nano water based pigment ink lays over anything else of the kind such as HP and Dopont and our ink is compatiblefor most famous printers, such as HP desktop and inkjetprinter. It can instead of the genuine ink because of the excellent feature:
• Environmental- friendly: Water based pigment ink, use water as the base material. No solvent emission. No special smell, healthy for users and air.
• Water resistant: Our ink is waterproof ink, we had test as follows: Put one A4 paper which had printed with our ink into the water, the color will not change or spread until the paper is broken. (photoes)
• Fade -resistant: Our ink will not fade under the sun light for 100years, It is suitable for outdoor advertisement, and good for family photos store or office important files store. It is a kind of ink that would be widely used in the future.
• High abrasion resistance, vivid color performance.
• Our ink quality is stable, can be reserved for a long time, nano -scale, symmentrical particles will not easy to clog the nozzle even the printer power off for a long time.
Besides our nano water based pigment ink can be printed on different various mediums such as paper, metal, ceramic, wooden and plastic. This pioneer technology will lead to the revolution of digital jet print on office print, industry print, textile printing.
