Why Choose Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM)? 

1. The switched reluctance motor (SRM) is a type of a stepper motor, an electric motor that runs by reluctance torque.
2. The Machine construction is simple and low-cost because of the absence of rotor winding and permanent magnets.
