Glass fiber geo-grid, a kind of reticular structural material made by adopting certain textile technology, is a kind of new geo-material with excellent performance that is made from glass fiber alkali-free and twistless roving (main raw material) through special coating technology, which can protect the glass fiber and improve the overall use performance. The product is featured by high strength, high modulus, excellent wear-resisting property and cold resistance, good thermal stability, and it has no long-term creep property. The reticular structure can lock and limit the aggregate, improving the bearing capacity of asphalt mixture.
Product Performance
The product has high tensile strength, low elongation percentage, physical and chemical stability, thermal resistance, ageing resistance, and has good compatibility with asphalt, which can prevent and relieve reverse shrinkage crack and prolong the service life of road. It also has such performances as fatigue cracking resistance, high temperature track resistance, low temperature shrinkage crack resistance, relieving reflection cracks, and treating soft soil road bed effectively.
Engineering Application
1. The product can be used for such engineering as new road engineering and old road widening engineering;
2. It can be used for road base reinforcement;
3. It can be used for the engineering in which asphalt surface course is applied to old cement concrete road;
4. It can be used for repair of old asphalt road.
