Waterproof composite geotextiles mainly have two types: One-geo-textile one-film and two-geo-textile one-film. Using non-woven polyester fabric as base material, the product is a kind of anti-seepage geosynthetics formed through thermal compound of single-layer or multi-layer plastic films of different types. The product is mainly used for anti-seepage treatment of geotechnical engineering, dike, reservoir, drainage channel, tunnel, high road and railway bed, as well as waste materials and waste water that may cause industrial pollution.
Product Performance
The product, which has such functions as plane anti-seepage, waterproofing and cross drainage, has high tensile strength, tearing strength, bursting strength and high strain force, and has certain deformation. The interstitial pressure and flotation force on the contact face between textile and soil body are liable to dissipate. Non-woven fabric is used to replace particles to function as the PE film protection layer, which can make PE film not damaged, reduce the bed course grading requirements and prevent slippage of covering layer.
Engineering Application
1. The product can be used for plane anti-seepage, waterproofing and cross drainage of high road and railway bed;
2. It can be used for the comprehensive anti-seepage treatment of port, dike, tunnel, cofferdam, channel and deep water route.
3. It can be used for the comprehensive anti-seepage treatment of reservoir, artificial lake, storage pond and water conservancy engineering.
