Easy Packing was founded in 2002, with registration fund 50 million, which is a well-known enterprise specializing in the plastic products′ manufacture in China. Presently, we have a fixed asset of RMB 56 million, ground area 76, 000 square meters, floor area of 25, 000 squares, about 500 staff and workers (including 45 senior artisans and 39 technicians). The main production equipment 3 large injection molding machines are made by the most advanced native-produced Haitian Co. Which are from 10, 000g to 45, 000g and 1, 800T to 2, 800T in clamping force and 4 other injection molding machines, 6 blow molding machines. We mainly produce all kinds of one-time injection molding plastic pallets integrated into the international market. These products include shelves series, standard series, ultra-light series, large-sized turnover box series, mushroom series, lockable multifunctional logistic box series, dustbin series, motorcar bumpers and other large-sized plastic and so on. Our superb plastic products are ideal substitutes for wooden products in conformity with the standard of national environmental protection and all of their technological indications reach the GB/T15234-94 standard. We have the certificate of ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certificate and CCC China Compulsory Certificate. The total design and production ability per year is 700, 000 pieces of pallets, and the production value per year is 100 million. Our factory becomes the market leader of north China in plastics processing rapidly.

Our environmental protection plastic pallets are new products used in material storage and transit. With the advantages of light weight, stability, beautiful outline, good integrity, non-nail, non-stitch, no toxicity, no odor, resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion-proof, prevention of bacteria reproduction, easy ablution, inflammable, no static, no spark, antiknock, slip resistance, high recycling value and long durability (5-7 times as that of wooden trays)compared to steel and wooden trays, they are good helpers of conveying and warehousing and are widely applied to the fields of chemical, petrochemical, foodstuff, beer/beverage, aquatic, pharmaceutical, tobacco, fodder, apparel, shoemaking, electronics & electric appliances, glass, port, wharf and etc. In short, they are necessary tools used in packaging, warehousing and exporting needed in modern transportation.
